Eudora
Mage · Mid lane
Her targeted stun gives allies a window to damage Moskov before he can keep firing.
Make it workApproach with vision and keep the stun for Moskov rather than spending it on the front line.
Watch outDo not assume one combo kills a Moskov with defensive items or a large gold lead.

Lesley

Make it workTake a poke, reposition, and save Tactical Grenade for an approach.
Watch outThis is a spacing option, not permission to stand still and trade repeated attacks.

What makes Moskov dangerous?
Moskov wants you close enough to keep attacking, with a wall or a second target behind you. His blink makes a careless dive awkward. Start by changing the angle of the fight rather than trying to win a stationary damage race.
Strengths to respect
- Repeated basic attacks punish a target that cannot get away.
- Spear of Misery can turn poor positioning into a stun.
- Abyss Walker lets him reposition during a duel.
Openings to exploit
- His relatively short marksman range creates approach and poke opportunities.
- He is vulnerable to a coordinated burst while controlled.
- A wasted blink makes his next position easier to predict.
How to counter Moskov during a match
In lane
Stand off the line behind your minions. Change sides before a wall pin becomes possible; conceding one last hit is cheaper than handing over a kill.
Before an objective
Locate Moskov and his support before entering a narrow river passage. A flank only helps if your team can act when it arrives.
In the fight
Track his blink, then commit your control and damage together. If the opening disappears, reset the approach instead of chasing through his front line.
Defensive items: buy for the actual threat
Blade Armor
Useful on a tank absorbing his repeated physical attacks. It is not an automatic marksman purchase.
Check the enemy build first. Reflection is not a substitute for reaching or controlling the attacker.
Item context ↗Item names, passives and numbers can change. Check the current in-game tooltip and the whole enemy composition before buying.
Common mistakes against Moskov
- Lining up behind a teammate or minion and giving his attacks extra value.
- Fighting beside a wall without respecting Spear of Misery.
- Calling a hero a counter, then ignoring gold, vision and the enemy support.
