GTA 6's Launch Trailer Just Dropped and Vice City Has Never Looked This Good

Rockstar dropped the GTA 6 launch trailer with zero warning — Jason, Lucia, a new Justice track, and a November 19 date. Here's what matters.

Rockstar doesn’t do warnings. They just dropped the Grand Theft Auto 6 launch trailer out of nowhere — about 90 seconds, no countdown, no teaser for the teaser — and the internet promptly lost its mind.

The trailer is all Jason and Lucia. That’s the core of it: not a montage of explosions (okay, there are explosions), but a look at the two of them — the Bonnie-and-Clyde energy Rockstar’s been building since the first trailer. And the music? A brand-new Justice track called “Flower in a Hurricane.” Only Rockstar could make a French electronic duo feel like the most natural fit for a Florida crime saga.

Here’s what we actually know now:

The date is real this time. November 19, 2026. PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. After years of “trust me bro” release windows, there’s an actual day on the calendar. Mark it, request the time off, warn your family.

PC players wait. No PC version at launch — reports point to PC arriving before the end of March 2027. The eternal Rockstar tradition continues: console players first, PC players refreshing store pages for months.

Vice City is a whole thing. Six radio stations confirmed, and you can listen to music on foot now — not just in cars. Small detail, big vibe. Rockstar understands that half of GTA is just existing in its world.

Cloud gaming, with an asterisk. Xbox Cloud Gaming support is in for Series S/X, but no PC streaming. Pick your lane.

My take? The restraint of this trailer is the most Rockstar thing about it. Ninety seconds, two characters, one song — no feature checklist, no bullet points, no desperation. They know exactly what they’re holding. November 19 can’t come fast enough, and every other game releasing that month is quietly rescheduling.

We’ll keep tracking everything GTA 6 as launch gets closer — right here.
